Throughout my life, I have participated in sports, both recreationally and competitively. I've always enjoyed doing activities that not only challenged me, but allowed me to move my body. This ultimately led me to pursue and obtain a degree in Kinesiology and to become a Certified Personal Trainer. I have been a trainer since since 2006 and have helped people, of all ages and fitness levels, reach their optimal fitness level. My programs are tailored to each individual, are results driven, and lots of fun! As a trainer, it is very rewarding to watch my clients transform physically, and mentally. I believe that with my passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge, I could help you make health and fitness part of your lifestyle!
