๐ฅ๐ณThis is one of my favorite recipes – it’s indulgent but still good for you – and even more importantly, it’s delicious! TIP: It’s not just for breakfast ๐ Sriracha Avocado-Egg Toast (serves 1) 1 tsp olive oil 1 egg 1 slice of sprouted grain bread ¼ avocado, mashed Sriracha sauce 1 Tbsp hemp hearts (optional) Salt and pepper, to taste Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Crack open the egg and put it in the pan and cook until it’s sunny side up. While it’s cooking, place your slice of bread in a toaster. Once the toast is ready, spread the mashed avocado on it. Top the toast with the egg and a drizzle of sriracha sauce. If using, sprinkle the hemp hearts on top. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Yum!
